Terms

The rules for early access to Mailbox Juice and for this website. Last updated 18 October 2026.

Who these terms are with

Mailbox Juice and this website are provided by Oliver Hilton, trading as Deep Learning Systems, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa (“we”). Contact: admin@deeplearningsystems.co.za.

Early access

  • Joining the early-access list is free and doesn’t commit you to buying anything.
  • Places open in batches at our discretion. We may change, pause or end the early-access programme.
  • Early-access versions of Mailbox Juice are pre-release software. They may have bugs, change without notice, or stop working.
  • Before any paid plan starts, we’ll tell you the price and the start date, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Using Mailbox Juice

  • Only connect email accounts that you own or are authorised to use, and follow your organisation’s rules for work accounts.
  • You remain responsible for what is sent from your accounts, including messages you ask Claude to draft or send. Check messages before approving them.
  • Use Mailbox Juice lawfully and in line with the terms of Google, Anthropic and any other service you connect. Don’t use it to send spam or to access anyone else’s email.
  • Mailbox Juice works with Claude, which is provided by Anthropic under Anthropic’s own terms. We aren’t responsible for Claude’s answers.

No warranty

Mailbox Juice and this website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of Mailbox Juice or this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other law that can’t be excluded.

Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in the privacy policy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the law of South Africa.
